About Shepherd: We specialized in making wool fabric & garment including underwear. Our business is mainly around circular knitting fabric and garment making of wool, natural & man-made fiber blends for outdoor, active wear and fashion market. Our Quality range including jersey, mesh, interlock, rib, jacquard, pique, fleece, terry, boiled wool and lamination. We got circular knitting machines, stenter for finishing, laser cutting and bonding, semi-automatic garment assembly line to provide service as garment design, sourcing of accessories, hangtag printing, bespoke packaging options,etc. Our certifications include RWS, GRS, FSC, OEKO-TEX100, ISO 9001, WRAP, BSCI. At Shepherd we got a complete industry supply chain support, cooperating with Suedwolle, Xinao and The Woolmark Company. Our annual turnover is 50 Million USD with 700 employees. Approximate number of garments we made per year is around 3,500,000 pieces. 90% of our products was export-oriented with main market at Australasia, Northern Europe and USA. We built successful relationship with famous clients as The north face-A VF company, Macpac, Kari Traa, Bergans, Active Brands…… We are amongst the first being set up in China for wool garment making for the outdoor industry. About Shepherd Founder-George: Back In 1987, George graduated from Northwest Textile Science and Technology University (Now Xi’an Polytechnic University), the strongest in the wool textile major in China. In 1997, George was awarded the title of Senior Engineer in wool textile specialty and have engaged in the research and development of wool textile products for 32 years (including 20 years of wool knitting products), His theoretical basis and practical experience in the performance and application of wool fibers is very deep, as well as in the research and development of wool fabrics and the production technology.
