This unit spread over 14000 sq. ft. and is run by a team of 30 employees. This unit can manufacture approx—300,000 metres of fabric per month. We work with dedicated partners having access to High-Speed Air-Jet machines that manufacture the additional 400,000 metres of material for us per month. Hence we have a reliable capacity to manufacture 0.7 million metres of textiles a month, quickly expanding to another 20%. We have an owned 14000 sq. ft. warehouse, which can store up to 3.5 million meters of fabric at any given point in time. The warehouse is operated by a staff of 30, including supervisors and contractors. Finishing: We have dedicated two process units that we work with for fabric finishing. One team specialises in processing 100% Natural fibres, and the other works with us for synthetic blends and yarn-dyed products. They have an installed processing capacity of 4 million meters of fabric processed a month. IT Infra: The entire manufacturing process is run and driven by a real-time ERP deployment, which allows us to answer customer queries accurately and give time-bound commitments on deliverables.
