We are a vertically integrated manufacturer from Lithuania, EU, of jersey fabrics and ready-made garments. This means that we offer a variety of services under one roof. Services we offer: - Design and construction - R&D - Knitting - Dying - Cutting - Transferring and printing - Sewing - Quality audit inspection - Packing, warehousing, and transporting Our fabrics Speaking of fabrics, our capacity is 1000 tons per year. Our customers can choose: - Fabrics from what we’ve already created ourselves or - Make a request for a new piece of creation. We offer a wide range of circular knitted fabrics in different structures, compositions, and weights. We have over 75 knitting machines from 14 to 28 gauge at our knitting house. It allows us to be flexible with creating new designs and reaching the demands of our clients. We‘re great in creating single jersey, rib, interlock, jacquard, mesh, and double-layer fabrics as well as in combining interlock and making combined rib structures. Our expertise allows us to produce exciting and creative structures in various compositions. Our garments When it comes to ready-made garments, our capacity is 2 million pieces per year. Our customers can choose: - Garments designed by our design team (white-label) or - Place orders according to their unique wishes. We offer our experience in the production of a variety of garments. That includes underwear, casual wear, fashionable pieces, sports, light outwear, and workwear. We have long-term experience and know-how in design, construction, trimming, and sewing.
