Turkseven Textile Ltd., which was found in 1973 by Lutfi Turkseven, is still working with its own equity capital for total satisfaction of its customers. The production is mainly based in jacquard and dobby weaving fancy fabrics for fashion. In one year, approximately 450-500 new designs are created for Turkseven’s own collection for Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer by its R&D and design departments using the latest technologies available. In Turkseven Textile, the R&D department projects the fabrics as yarn dyed or plain dyed with latest fashion colors. Turkseven Textile also produces the fabrics based on its customers’ collection and their requests in a short delivery time. Turkseven collaborates with expert dyehouses and printhouses for finishing and printing process. This way, Turkseven can service its customers without any problem. For the dyeing process, Turkseven uses reactive, disperse, acid, metal complex and cube techniques. For printed fabrics Turkseven only makes customers’ requests to make combination with its own dobby/jacquard/plain or yarn dyed fabrics. In finishing process Turkseven has “paper touch”, “bright surface” and “waterproof coating” as special finishing effects. Turkseven does not use any materials which are not permitted by EU, in dyeing and finishing process. The total capacity of dyeing is 500.000 meters per month. In production line, theleadtime is 3-4 weeks for 20-50.000 meters. All the goods are produced in factory by customers’ orders. Therefore, Turkseven doesn’t keep any stock for goods. For sampling Turkseven can produce 30 meters. The total capacity of weaving is 400.000 meters per month using latest technology looms. With abovementioned working conditions, Turkseven works with global brands .
