As a supplier of international main brands such as Nike, we must have a certain insight into the overall market material trends. In the late 1980s, the Nike R&D team had the concept of recycled materials. We began to start the recycling business of PET bottles. In 1991, our Green Industrial kicked off. In the begging, we produced recycled PET bottle fibers. Because of the unstable quality of purchased recycled PET bottle flakes, we designed and produce our own recycling machinery and established a recycling machinery factory in 2004. As the experience of supplying brands for many years, we know we have to be certified by a well know international third-party certification organization to win the trust of the brands. Therefore, we began to apply for SCS Global Services certification in 1999. At that time, SCS is also the first time to certify this certificate. The application process was difficult. After years of hard work, it was finally certified in 2009. In recent years, the recycled PET bottle business is flourishing. Not only the textile industry but also the food industry, such as Coca Cola, has the requirement of using recycled PET bottle materials to make new PET bottles. It is called “Bottle to Bottle”. As one of the PET bottle recycling leaders, we actively invest to meet the needs of the market. We began to transform the recycling machinery from textile grade to food packing grade. In 2017, our food-grade recycled PET bottle chip factory was established and began to produce food-grade chips. In 2018, our recycling machinery factory is also certified by FDA certification for recycling and washing machinery. BORETEX group has invested in the textile industry, food packing industry and the machinery industry. Our group is also divided into three main sections, the recycled PET bottle fiber department, the FDA food-grade chips department, and the recycling machinery department. We continue to improve and make wider use of recycled materials from PET bottles.
