Ipek Tül ve Konfeksiyon Sanayi A.S was founded in 1984 and presently it is anintegrated facility with the largest machinerypark in its own sector which comprises of Warp Raschel Knitting and Paint Treatment plants being established on a total open area of 25000 m² and closed area of 75000 m² throughout the factories in Silivri and Çorlu. It is one of the most reputable establishments in its sector with its 700 personnel working uninterruptedly for 7 days and 24 hours on shifts, with its policies facilitating the innovation and transformation efforts against the developing global market conditions and by timely providing the products being demanded by the customers by means of offering the best possible prices, qualities and a stocked type production. Ipek Tül, by making serious investments in 2012, has diversified the product range and, by focusing on R&D and manufacturing development studies, commenced its activities in technical textile field along with the current manufacturing activities of drapery fabrics and tulles and also of bunting and clothing type fabrics. As a result of the investments on human resources, Ipek Tül ve Konf.San.A.S., being the largest facility in the warp knitting sector of Turkey, manufactures approximately 8.000.000 meters of various fabrics by taking advantage of most experienced personnel in their fields. The exports operations of Ipek Tül serving more than 30 countries in three continents continue increasingly. The export locations are mainly Europe, Middle East and Africa. Ipek Tül comprises of the facilities within Silivri and Çorlu Factories having the knitting, dyeing and treatment capacity of 300.000 mt/day. The chemical raw materials and substances being used for production and treatment processes are eco-friendly and not hazardous on human health, therefore, holds the certificate of “Oeko-Tex Standard 100” which is granted to the establishments capable of manufacturing overall healthy products. As a requirement of our quality policy, all of our activities are periodically being measured, analyzed, controlled and also enhanced and developed consistently.
