DKS FABRICS, is an organization engaged in the manufacturing of 100% Grey cotton fabric and Polyester cotton blended fabric of Industrial & House hold applications. Established in the year 2009, under the sole proprietorship of Mr. Guhan Ramalingam, DKS Fabrics, today has grown into an enterprise with unique expertise in the field of Industrial, home appliances fabrics and technical textiles. With its Administration Office and manufacturing unit at Madurai- Kappalur SIDCO Industrial Estate, a Southern city in Tamilnadu and 460 kilometers from Capital Chennai, the company is growing steadily through the past 10 years and gained the trust of customer as a ‘Quality Supplier’, particularly in the field of Home appliances fabrics & transmission products manufacturers sector. Presently DKS is catering cotton fabrics for home textiles and PC blended fabrics to the ‘Technical Textiles’ sector through a wide variety of its textile products in applications such as rubber conveyor belts, transmission belts, V-belts, Liner fabrics and other speciality fabrics including customer specified ‘Customization fabrics’. VISION: DKS have a vision that to be a Pioneer in this field by retaining its customer and create more new customers by offering them superior products and services ‘on time’ for a right cost. For achieving its vision, DKS trusts in its Raw Material procurement and perfect processing control through a strong R & D approach towards any quality requirement and thereby is a brand itself in the field of technical textiles. DKS works as an associate or a team member with its valued customers and recommend suitable textile reinforcement material for various Industrial uses, particularly in transmission product applications. FACILITIES, CAPACITY AND RANGE: Our facility has two major lines viz: Sulzer 220 cm loom- 6 Nos. Ruti C 180 cm loom-4nos (Maximum fabric width 67") Ruti C 220 cm loom-6 nos., (Maximum fabric width 82"). DKS has the capacity of producing one lakh meters of cloth with standard widths like 27 inches, 36 inches, 42 inches and 82 inches single width on various blends (From 100% Grey cotton to various PC blends with count ranges from 4s to 80s, and also with 140 GSM to 310 GSM mass range) as per the requirements of customers. Our looms are suitable for doing industrial fabric with closed selvedge. We also produce Canvas Fabric (10’ X 6’, 10’ X 4’, 2/10’ X 2/10’) that can be used for manufacturing High quality tool bags. We also do 10*6/76*28 Tarpaulin grade cloths and meet their customized styles too. We are supported by skilled and dedicated work force of 25 people, and most of them are more than 20 years of experience in this field. DKS Fabric proudly keeps itself as a front runner by timely Meeting the schedules of our valued customers and ensuring the quality at all stages of manufacturing. DKS cater to all major Transmission product manufacturers especially Fenner India Limited & PIX transmissions [Through our customer] and Nirmal Udyog (Direct). DKS also caters more Medium and Small furniture manufacturers all over Southern India as it strongly trusts that every buyer is a gem in their crown. We will have enough technical strength to develop fabric as per your specification and also capacity to cater up-to 500 liner meters per month to start-with. We have developed twisted yarn fabric also as a customized product to our belt manufacturing client, which has reduced their cost of production. PROCESS CONTROL AND QUALITY ASSURANCE: Apart from procurement of Raw materials [High tenacity yarns] from leading and quality yarn manufacturers, in order to ensure quality DKS tests the quality from that stage itself. The tested High tenacity yarns are then processed under strict control and undergo various processes like sizing, weaving with the state of art machineries from Switzerland-especially Ruti-C looms, under the supervision of qualified engineers and involvement loyal performers.
