The 6Dias was incorporated in August 2006, the result of dedication and experience in the textile sector Mr. Carlos Dias, sole managing partner of the company. At the end of that year, Eng. Patrícia Dias, with a degree in Textile Engineering and already with some commercial experience, joins her father's business with the objective of making the company grow. In a short period of time, this growth was notorious, and as a result of this expansion, Mr. Carlos Dias felt that it would be the right time for his daughter to take over the company. In 2010 he joined the company's staff, joining the work team by Eng.º Hélder Dias with academic training in Agricultural Engineering, where he took on the operational (purchasing and planning) and logistics parts in an exemplary manner. In February 2019, with the aim of moving to the production area in order to improve customer service, 6Dias acquired the dyehouse from the former company Tempo de Tendências and in August of the same year the weaving machines from the same company.Currently, the company is installed in a 4-storey building with 3,000 m2. The facilities were designed to provide the best working conditions, with ample spaces for offices, storage, "showrooms", thus increasing the satisfaction of employees, suppliers and customers. Work is also starting at the former Tempo de Tendências weaving facility. to 6 dayshas a range of national and international customers with a high significance for the Portuguese economy, exporting to European customers of reference in the world of fashion located in countries such as Spain, Germany and France, as well as to countries with a textile tradition and outside Europe such as Morocco and Tunisia. A differentiating aspect of the company is the focus of its attention on the customer's needs, offering, in addition to the fixed catalogue, work to order based on the specifics required by the customer. to 6 dayssells several textile products such as: Fabrics, Lace, Meltons, Napas, Antelines, Tricots, Knits and Denim. But it is fabrics with a composition in polyester and viscose and destined for the women's clothing market that represent the largest sales volume.
